This caller left a harassing message on my home phone number and said I had 24 hours to contact them back, that they would be serving me with papers between 9 - 2 today. They have obtained my sister's cell number who is an amputee and in a nursing home and have continued to harassed her with numerous phones calls and threats. I do not know how they obtained her cell phone number or my home phone number. When I called them back I got a man who advised this was a matter from 1994 and the papers would be served and I had better be home to receive them. I attempted to let them know I was returning their call and he begin screaming and claiming I called him. I have never heard of these people and would like to know my legal options in this situation. we get 7 to 8 calls a day from this number, i told theam the other night the she had passed away about 5 months ago and they told me they would remove us form the list..two days latter we get up to 10 calls a day as late as 11:00 at night, we go to bed at 9:30 to 10:00...

wierd and annoying i want it to stop i have recieved over thirty calls in one hour! what can i do about it ? how can I make it stop?

Debt Collector calling my father telling me I was being served and my delinquent credit card (Orchard Bank) of 4 years went from an amount of $585 to $3100 and if I don't pay, my wages will be garnished.

I too received a call from this number on Christmas eve. I live in Ontario, Canada

I continue to receive calls fromt this number over and over

this number call 5 to 9 times a day i would like to now who it is and thay are calling my cell phone this is driving me nuts

Caller ID says "Newspaper Sale" and they call my work phone every couple of days for a 20 minute period. There is never anyone on the other end. We have constantly tried telling them to remove us from their block as they are calling a business.

The call came in at 9:26 PM CT. I could hear the line was open, but no one answered me. The caller then hung up. The call lasted for 12 seconds.

Recording starts by stating that I "recently requested info" on home business opportunities. Bologna!! Have called me too many times and I am sick of it. I've never actually spoken to anyone since my phone recognizes the number as spam and it goes to my voice mail! Report them to the do not call list!
